Become a Partner

Qliva integrates with a carefully selected set of clinical and wellness technology partners. Each integration goes through a structured onboarding process to ensure it meets Qliva's standards for data security, clinical compliance, and genuine value to practitioners and patients.

What makes a good Qliva partner?

The integrations that work best on the Qliva platform share a few characteristics:

Australian-based or AU-compliant — Qliva clinics operate under Australian law. Partners must handle patient data in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 and applicable clinical regulations. Partners who process Australian patient data must do so within Australian borders, or with explicit justification for any offshore processing.

Clinical or wellness adjacent — Qliva is for integrative and longevity medicine. The best integrations have a clear clinical use case — they help practitioners do their job better, improve patient outcomes, or reduce administrative burden. Consumer wellness apps that do not have a clear clinical integration point are generally not a fit.

Adds genuine value — we look for integrations that solve a real problem that practitioners or patients actually experience. Connections that make existing workflows smoother, faster, or more accurate are ideal.

Committed to security and privacy — clinical data is among the most sensitive data there is. Partners must be able to demonstrate secure data handling, appropriate access controls, and a clear data governance model.

The partnership process

Step 1 — Reach out

Email support@qliva.com.au with:

  • Your company name and website
  • What your platform does and who it serves
  • What kind of integration you are interested in
  • Why you think it would be valuable for Qliva clinics

We respond to all partnership enquiries within two business days.

Step 2 — Technical review and feasibility

Qliva's team assesses:

  • The technical feasibility of the integration (data format, protocol, authentication)
  • The clinical use case and value for Qliva practitioners or patients
  • Compliance implications — data flow, storage, Privacy Act obligations
  • Overlap with existing approved integrations

We may ask for a technical brief or a demo of your platform during this phase.

Step 3 — Sandbox access

Approved partners receive access to a dedicated sandbox environment for development and testing. The sandbox mirrors the production platform but uses synthetic patient data — no real clinical records are accessible.

During the sandbox phase, partners:

  • Build the integration against the sandbox environment
  • Complete functional testing with Qliva's technical team
  • Test edge cases, error handling, and security controls

Step 4 — Security and compliance review

Before going live, Qliva reviews:

  • Data handling practices and storage architecture
  • Authentication and authorisation model
  • Privacy policy and patient data consent flows
  • Incident response procedures
  • Penetration testing results or security attestation (for integrations handling patient data)

This review is proportional to the integration's scope. A high-volume data integration receives a more rigorous review than a read-only display integration.

Step 5 — Production deployment and monitoring

Once the security review is passed, the integration is deployed to production. Qliva provides:

  • Monitoring of integration health and event delivery rates
  • Dedicated technical support during the initial go-live period
  • Escalation path for clinical issues that arise from integration behaviour
  • Ongoing support for version updates and breaking changes

What Qliva provides to partners

  • Sandbox environment — a full-featured test environment with synthetic clinical data
  • Technical documentation — event schemas, data formats, and integration patterns relevant to your use case
  • Dedicated technical support — a named technical contact during the integration build
  • Ongoing monitoring — Qliva monitors integration health and alerts both sides to delivery failures
  • Marketing reach — approved integrations are listed on the Qliva platform and partner documentation
