Partner & Developer Overview
Qliva is the first Australian clinic management platform built specifically for integrative and longevity medicine — combining the compliance depth that clinical software demands with the clinical depth that integrative practitioners actually need.
Qliva's integration layer is available to approved partners. To discuss a partnership or integration, contact support@qliva.com.au.
What kind of integrations does Qliva support?
Qliva is designed as an open platform for the Australian integrative clinical ecosystem. Integration categories include:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Inbound clinical data | Pathology labs delivering results electronically, radiology networks, specialist correspondence |
| Outbound clinical data | Electronic prescriptions, referrals, clinical summaries |
| Payments | EFTPOS terminals, online payment processing, private health fund claiming, Medicare |
| Clinical AI | Transcription, documentation assistance, clinical decision support |
| Patient engagement | Wearable data platforms, supplement dispensing, wellness tracking |
| Communications | Transactional email, SMS delivery, patient notification infrastructure |
The partner ecosystem
Qliva's approved integrations are reference implementations — they demonstrate what is possible within the platform and establish the patterns for new integrations. Each existing partner has gone through a technical and compliance review.
See Partner Integrations for a detailed overview of current integrations and the clinical problems each one solves.
Platform fundamentals
Qliva is:
- Multi-tenant — each clinic is an isolated tenant. All data is scoped to the clinic.
- Event-driven — clinical events flow through the platform and can trigger partner notifications in real time.
- Australian-first — built for Australian clinical compliance: Privacy Act 1988, AHPRA, TGA, Medicare.
- Infrastructure-sovereign — all patient data is stored exclusively in Australia.
See Platform Overview for a detailed description of the platform architecture from a partner perspective.
The approval process
Qliva's integration layer is not a public API — it is available to approved partners through a structured onboarding process. This ensures that all integrations meet Qliva's security, compliance, and data handling standards.
